World Robot Olympiad (WRO) Preparation Class

• Learning journey from beginner to advanced level for WRO competition

• To prepare next level Robotics and Computer Science activity in middle and high school

• Will go to National Championship and to challenge International Competition

 
Curriculum

• Introduction to LEGO Robotics: Oct - Dec, 2024

• Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy

• Intermediate, and Advanced LEGO Robotics: Jan - May, 2025

• Coach Lecture

• Robot building practice

• WRO competition practice

• One student uses several robots: one to learn coding, 2nd to learn mechanical engineering and 3rd for competition.

Class (3 hrs)

• A - Saturday 4:00 - 7:00 pm

• B - Sunday 1:00 - 4:00 pm

• Students per class: 2 ~ 6

• Location: Dublin, CA

Students and Coach

• Best eligible student age: birth year 2013 ~ 2014

• Coach: WRO/FLL/VEX coaching experience from 2014
