A well-established apparel company located in Downtown L.A. is seeking to hire a full-time Online Sales Support Associate.
MUST be bilingual in English and Korean.

업무내용:
Duties:
• Assist with customer inquiries, online registration of new client accounts, and process orders and payments made through the company website
• Utilize strong communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Identify and generate sales leads and opportunities
• Verify inventory and update the out-of-stock/in-stock status of products on the website
• Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of promotional materials to customers
• Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Design, and Production, to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
• Additional tasks as assigned


Requirements:
o Bilingual in Korean/English (Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and at least conversational Korean)
o Customer service skills such as dealing with emails and phone calls
o Experience in the wholesale women’s clothing industry is a plus
o Graphic Design/Photo Editing/Marketing/Social Media skills a plus for growth opportunities, but not required
