The warehouse specialist is responsible for the receiving and packing of shipments in our warehouse facility. Incoming shipments are processed via our ERP program(NetSuite), checked for quality, and documentation reviewed and scanned. All outgoing items for pulling/packing must be reviewed for matching part numbers, quantity, quality, and matching paperwork, etc., to original customer sales order requirements. Additional tasks may include inventory counts, filing paperwork, driving of delivery van to freight forwarders, along with other miscellaneous projects as needed.
Requirements:
· Familiarity with Windows, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
· Must be able to sit and work at a computer station for multiple hours, lift and carry boxes up to 50lbs, and visually inspect fine print on both electronic items as well as shipping paperwork.
· Must be willing to learn quality control and handling procedures for sensitive electronic components and hardware.
· Familiarity with UPS, FedEx and DHL shipping methods.
· Must be detail oriented and able to process multiple orders, part numbers, and tasks throughout a given day, with changing priorities daily/weekly.
· Fluency in Korean language is a plus.
· Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in person and via email.
· Must possess a clean driving record and be eligible to work in the United States.

Starting Pay: $20/hr. based on experience
